Ingredients:
1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1 tablespoon of Cedar Rock Oregano Pepper
Method:
1.
In
a heated non stick skillet, sauté (dry) one-half cup
pumpkin seeds. Add about one tablespoon of Cedar Rock Oregano
Pepper. Toast the seeds still slightly golden brown.

Serve over mixed greens with papaya or mango
and your favorite vinaigrette dressing.
